How to report errors/bugs

Describe in details all information about bug/error you know. All details are valuable.

Press “/” and “p” buttons on your keyboard so some additional technical info will appear on the screen. Make a screenshot of your screen.

If you use “Steam” client version - send us wildterra.log file from game directory c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Wild Terra Online\ by default.

In case you use Opera or Google Chrome to play game do following:

Right click in game on any element like life bar or Food bars and choose “Inspect” button.

Choose “Console” tab in opened window in upper right corner. Make a screenshot of your screen.

Email all screenshots and detailed info support@playwildterra.com
