Game window closes without any error reports.

Pay attention to the moment when the window closes. It determines the way of solving the problem.

1. The window disappears when the game is loading.
When the system is loading it initializes the internal web server to work with resources of the game. To work correctly the game needs to have access to a localhost.

Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options.

Select Connections tab and click LAN Settings.

Uncheck the Use a proxy server for your LAN and then click OK.
Try to launch the game again.

If you use a firewall, make sure it does not block local connections.
2. The window closes after the loading ends.
Turn off sounds and music by double-clicking the speaker icon when the game screen appears.
If it helped you, it means that you need to update your audio drivers/codecs.
3. Problem with WebGL and DirectX

Some obsolete video cards don't work well with WebGL. In the game folder, there is a file config.js, where you should change one line:

var RENDER_MODE = "auto";

var RENDER_MODE = "canvas";
Be sure to update DirectX and video card drivers to the latest version.

If the problem persists, install Google Chrome and then copy from a folder
C:\Users\[User name]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\NN.N.NNN.NN files

ffmpegsumo.dll, libEGL.dll, libGLESv2.dll

d3dcompiler_43.dll or d3dcompiler_47.dll

and insert them into the game folder.
